“Great price, great product (Dualit kettle). It was technically a day late but as I ordered it on New Years Eve I can't complain. Would definitely use again.”

“The cutlery is amazing but I found it elsewhere cheaper by £55. I was going to cancel my order but this company kindly matched the price. Great customer service I was very impressed.”

“There is nothing wrong with the product bought or its excellent packaging BUT, the delivery was NOT as ordered. DPD were told to leave the package 'in our front porch'. They did not; they left it down by the front gate exposed to the weather which soaked the cardboard. The photograph taken by the driver deliberately was taken as a close-up so that you could not see the location. Should you wish to progress this, prove this, with DPD, I took a photograph of its actual location which is attached below. The other two packages were not from you but delivered by DPD at the same time. They had the same instruction! Delivery took 6 days (your options below don't allow for that)”

“Searched online for best deal for a new Sage Oracle coffee machine. This company was the best by far and so had to check the reviews to see if all was genuine. Indeed it was and after ordering at Xmas came after a few days. Great service and price.”

“Fantastic sale price on a Le Creuset casserole. Also fantastic communication, delivery time, packaging... This was the first time using eCookshop but it definitely won't be my last. All round brilliant. Thank you!”

“Unfortunately what I ordered was not what arrived. I ordered a marseille le creuset teapot and what arrived appeared to be either a second or a fake as it was not like others I own. Returned.”
