“ordered a kitchen aid mixer which when it arrived we put the whisk on but where unable to remove it we were sent a list of instructions but still could not remove it sent mixer back and was sent a replacement next day. Saturday morning very good response, would use again when we need accessories etc or next big purchase”

“No customer service, rubbish. I purchased a Sage Bambino Espresso Coffee Machine from eCookshop, the water jug had a crack in it. I sent photos and asked eCookshop to arrange for a replacement jug. Instead of sorting out they just told me to contact Sage to claim a replacement under warranty as they did not have any stock. Funny, there website shows they have stock. Furthermore, my purchase was with eCookshop, they should contact Sage not me. Lazy, lazy customer service, not lawful as my contract is with eCookshop. I have now gone back to eCookshop and told them they need to get me a replacement.”
