“A good shopping experience overall. Had the items in stock, at one of the better prices on the Internet, and delivered in a shorter timeframe than originally indicated. Postage costs would have been acceptable, but as I ordered over the £50 level I got it included. Only minor quiblle is that from the initial "order received" email, to receiving any indication that my order was still progressing was two days (it felt longer) - an interim follow-up message that things were still progressing after 24-36 hours would have been welcomed! I guess we've all been spoiled by Amazon! But just as I was getting a bit anxious the DPD message arrived even before eCookShop's own message and the items were delivered after a day or two of that message, which was excellent. Would I order again? Most certainly.”
