“I ordered some Denby dishes and plates for my sister. They arrived quickly and on time and I had updates all through the process. One of the dishes had a chip in it. I emailed the company and within 20 minutes I was advised that a new dish would be despatched half an hour later I got an update saying the dish had been despatched. Wonderful customer service in an age when I don’t expect it anymore. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.”

“First time buyer and I forgot to add discount code at checkout, when I asked for a refund I didn't expect a positive outcome however they quickly responded and credited me the discount without issue. Very please and the price was best available even without introductory discount. Would recommend strongly, excellent seller! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
