“I bought a Denby Dinner set. The eCookshop price was lower than anyone else and they included free shipping. Whilst the item didn't arrive as fast as it may have done from Amazon, it arrived within a few days. It was packaged really well and there were no problems with redirecting the delivery to the local Post Office as I was not going to be in to receive it. One of the plates had a minor manufacturing defect and I contacted the helpline and was answered immediately by a real person! They were very helpful and having sent them a photo of the defect, agreed to supply a replacement. This arrived a few days later and was even better packed than the original shipment. I can't fault the Customer service, price or delivery. Well done eCookshop!”
