“The kettle was the cheapest online and that is why I purchased it from eCookshop. It took around 3 days from ordering to delivery which was appreciated. I am not sure what else to say as eCookshop was doing what it is supposed to do.”

“Absolutely recommend. Very good price and quick delivery. Unfortunately there was some damage to the glass bowl on my kitchen aid mixer during transit. I emailed and received a reply almost immediately with an apology and offer to send a new bowl which arrived 2 days later. Cannot fault this excellent customer service and would definitely buy from here again. Many thanks”
