“The process from ordering to delivery was 3 days, my items were thoroughly wrapped to ensure no damage. All items were delivered in perfect condition and colour. The quality of the Le Creuset Juniper collection was as expected, The service I recieved was exceptional, Thank you”

“I was extremely pleased with the way in which my order from eCookshop was treated from the confirmation email through to the delivery by DPD who in turn were very efficient with tracking up to the hour delivery slot. Also, all the information provided by the company supplying the order, Dawson's, who themselves sent information so very good communication and good packaging against damage. My daughter was so pleased to receive this housewarming gift.”

“Item delivered safely to my neighbour as my parcel had no door number on it, luckily shes a good friend too. At £400 pounds worth of equipment i thought this was quite careless on ecookshops behalf!! Take note next time, include the whole address!!”
