“I have used this place to order cookware several times and they always offer good deals on things like Lecreuset. This order was no different. Great price for great cookware and good prompt delivery. The only reason for dropping a star is their delivery method on this occasion was not a good experience. It was chucked up my house side access and the box was split. It was just a good job that it was packaged up really well otherwise my Lecreuset would have been severely damaged”

“I had originally purchased a SMEG mini kettle from another company who let me down. I checked online and noticed that eCookshop had them in stock for next day delivery, I rang to make sure that was still the position and they confirmed it was. Placed an order before midday to ensure delivery the following day. Item arrived next day with a free gift of gin glasses. Excellent service and only slightly higher in price. Would highly recommend them.”

“Good service and a very broad range of products. Good price ranges. Only complain would be with the delivery courier which was DHL. Even though I had opted for a home delivery they delivered to the post office without any intimation or notification which left me having to try to find where my parcel was. And finally when I did find it, it was a big package and couldn't carry it with me on the road and had to book a cab. Nightmare service from DHL which ruined an otherwise great product and experience.”
