“The items never arrived due to DPD's incompetence. Twice I was informed of a delivery time slot but no package arrived. The eCookshop company customer service staff were ineffective at rearranging a timely delivery. The order was cancelled when I was informed it would be another four days before delivery could be reattempted. I await the promised refund. I subsequently ordered the same item from Amazon and it was delivered the following day. DPD delivered packages to my neighbour on two of the days they were unable to deliver to me. Unless this company changes its courier partner, I won't order from them again.”
