“Excellent communication,, price and delivery speed of our Kenwood Blender. I checked out the company to find out they have had a store in Clitheroe for years. I researched them as I hadn't heard of the brand before. Haven't used the item yet as it's a Xmas present but I suspect it's fine - the packaging was very good. This first time buyer will be back ! Liz from Tarporley , Cheshire).”

“Had to return my food processor to the shop at clitheroe (it was too heavy for me) the staff were all so friendly, Louise was so kind and understanding about the whole thing and guided me to what would be best for me. The customer service here is absolutely second to none. Outstanding. Thank you so much. My friend and I ended up spending a good couple of hours in the shop browsing at the amazing stock with a cheeky little visit to the attached cafe for some delicious sustenance.”

“Great discount at the time of purchase. Website is rather outdated and product details are not consistent. Shipping was handled efficiently, item arrived OK but I noticed a small imperfection (a tiny dent/ pierce on the enamel layer of the Le Creuset casserole dish). I’m assuming the item passed QC (hopefully!) - decided not to go through the hassle of returns.”
