“Fab service! I would definitely recommend. I was initially unsure because when I tried purchasing the item using my phone I was directed to use a desktop when I came to payment in order to proceed…I did this after researching the company and the service can not be faulted. Quick delivery, very well packaged and items were just as described at great value. Will use again. Thank you”

“Our parcel of replacement plates arrived in good time however when the courier passed me the box on delivery it was rattling and looked like it had been used as a football!! When I opened it up the 3 replacement plates we were waiting for were of course in bits. To be fair t when I rang eCookshop to tell them they were very sympathetic and asked if we would like replacements straightaway. We decided to opt for a refund instead which is in progress.”
