“No very impressed, I believed that I ordered one thing and received another. Not prepared to swap or help , just me paying to return the items and receive a refund. It works out all I've paid for is the various parcel company's profits. I won't be using them again.”

“Found a smeg coffee machine with ecookshop on b&q for a fantastic price, roughly £200 less than elswhere so I snapped it up! Delivery said 4-8 working days but it came in 2! I was obviously thrilled. Machine works perfectly and I'm a very happy customer! Highly recommended”

“I have used this place to order cookware several times and they always offer good deals on things like Lecreuset. This order was no different. Great price for great cookware and good prompt delivery. The only reason for dropping a star is their delivery method on this occasion was not a good experience. It was chucked up my house side access and the box was split. It was just a good job that it was packaged up really well otherwise my Lecreuset would have been severely damaged”

“I had originally purchased a SMEG mini kettle from another company who let me down. I checked online and noticed that eCookshop had them in stock for next day delivery, I rang to make sure that was still the position and they confirmed it was. Placed an order before midday to ensure delivery the following day. Item arrived next day with a free gift of gin glasses. Excellent service and only slightly higher in price. Would highly recommend them.”
