“My order was dealt with very efficiently. I must also say that the attention to careful and substantial packing of the items was particularly appreciated, given the treatment the package was given by the courier delivery person. He saw fit to simply throw it over my gate on to a paved drive, where it landed on its corner and rolled twice! It was due only to the excellent packaging that the items remained undamaged and is something you may wish to take up with that delivery company (as I have done).”
