“First of all let me say that the service was very efficient and there is nothing wrong with the actual product.Unfortunately when I opened it as in the picture I have uploaded there was a scratch on the top of the cafetiere .My boyfriend has decided to keep it anyway but we thought you should be aware and felt it should have been checked before being dispatched to a customer.
