“Good communication. My package was delivered to the wrong address by DPD, fortunately I recognised the recipient in the DPD delivery photo and was able to recover myself from a neighbour. The package did however arrive promptly”

“Excellent service! Unfortunately one of the six Le Creuset bowls I ordered was broken when my order arrived. I called in and explained to a very friendly staff member what had happened and they confirmed the process to request a replacement. I received an email the next day that the replacement was on its way :) Will definitely be using eCookshop again!”
