“The interface is very difficult to use and temperamental. On a pc the video went blank directly at the start of each module. On a phone the controls were hard to use and had a larglag time. As to content, this is fine and easy to follow.”

“Course was adequate- could have included clearer demonstrations of safe lifting from different angles. Quite expensive for something quite basic. Quiz was a nonsense. Typos in presentations make it feel unprofessional.”

“On the whole it was a good experience. The site was easy to navigate and the course was informative, except on the Allergens course on the last section there is a fault which means there are two voices speaking over each other that you have to try and listen to before you take the test. Hopefully just a glitch on that course. Will definitely use again for other courses. Certificate was included in the fee which was great as sometumes there is an additional charge. No hidden charges here. Good Service.”

“The course is pretty much just a load of writing with some images and someone reading it out. The same as most of these courses, not any worse. But I think if you really want to get people to remember things it would be much better to make them more interactive. Have the writing but then some sort of exercises to really make sure people understand and don't get so bored.”

“Good value. Covered content of manual handling, though it also focussed on general risk assessments. Liked that there were videos and the videos were relevant. It would be better if it could be used with mobile devices as our employees don't have access to a desktop. Further accreditation with recognised bodies would give an assurance of quality.”

“I found the tech very clunky. Going backwards and forward controls very imprecise. Also I didn’t have time to do it all in one sitting and it was very hard to get back on. I kept getting a page entitled Adobe Captivate which seemed to be a dead end. I was not impressed with these difficulties.”
