“The set up was good but questions at the end of the coarse wouldn’t mark correctly and I couldn’t get my certificate of completion even though I completed all the questions”

“Unfortunately after completing my BBP course it didn’t take me to a certification page like the first course I did, which was great by the way. I am still trying to access it now but it is telling me I scored 0 out of 15 and will not let me retake clicking the button. I have emailed in and once this has been rectified I will change my review just figured this may get a faster response. Also trying to work out how to purchase the printed certificates as I forgot to add them to my order and when I add them to my basket there is nowhere for me to put the certificate code.”

“All 5 of my delegates had log-in issues resulting in several phone calls to yourselves. Several experienced issues once questions completed, although all correct your system kept restarting the test and wouldnt issue a certificate. The training was very basic. We will not be using you again based on our experience.”

“the course was fine but after i purchased the course and got the certificate i found out that it is not valid to renew my SIA badge because i have to do a 2days course for practical side of the course. so now iam in posesion of a certificate that is no use to my intended purpose”

“CPD points as advertised are not recognised by CIMSPA. Course itself was OK but have had to do another one to get the CPD points required.”

“Poor grammar and spelling mistakes within the training. Review thoroughly and amend asap. Maybe pay an actual adult to undertake the work and oversee the editorial process”

“I though the course was great but it won't allow me to download my certificate or email it to myself. So a waste of money if I can't prove I've completed training. Really disappointed.”

“I completed the course to see if it was going to be suitable for our workforce but there were parts of the test questions missing and an incorrect statement in the information slides. There were also some obvious grammatical errors in the introduction which do not give a professional image.”

“Constantly being requested to change password for no acceptable reason. Elements of course not visible on the screen most importantly the questions at the end of the course. How can you answers the questions correctly if you can't see what the multi choice options are ? The saving grace was that the course units (videos and commentaries) were quite informative.”

“Was ok straight forward. However the internet programme was freezing and not allowing me to go forward to next stage. Then when i finished the test it said I made 4 attempts that’s not true I did it in one with 87% pass.”

“Questions were overlapping and made it hard to read in the quiz. A lot of spelling mistakes. Answered a question correctly but was marked wrong”

“Graphics are not up to standard, spelling mistakes in information. Pacing is very slow would be beneficial if each information slide was skippable.”
