Hi Wendy, If you were on a phone with 3G connection or worse the course will load slowly. Each video is around 3MB. Ideally its best to connect your phone or desktop to wi-fi. If we used photos like many eLearning options the slides would be smaller. However at the moment we feel the richer video media is worth the extra file sizes. Best regards, Echo3 team.

“Couldn’t get it to work properly. Kept on stopping and starting and crashing. Had to purchase the course elsewhere so was a complete waste of money as never managed to complete the course.”
