“I felt the language used was over complicated, I found myself wondering what on earth the slide was trying to say when actually the meaning was pretty simple. I think another time I would choose a different course, sorry!”

“Good price, quick responses to questions and subsequently setting up the process. One minor issue, which I beleive they are currently looking at, is you can only pay by Payal or credit card and not by Debit card ... in reality a minor issue , unless you don't have a PayPal account or a credit card :)”

“Had an issue. Score 15/15 in the test and it says I’ve scored zero. The course now visible on my profile appears to be the one I did a year ago. Emailed Echo 3 and they’re sorting it out for me.”
