“Had an issue. Score 15/15 in the test and it says I’ve scored zero. The course now visible on my profile appears to be the one I did a year ago. Emailed Echo 3 and they’re sorting it out for me.”

“Ok as a basic renewal of first aid certification and use in Covid times when one cannot attend a course. Looked easy to navigate but it sometimes missed units and one had to return. Bit light on CPR, I thought. But overall good and useful.”
