“Site very easy to use. Nice refresher for my level 2 food hygiene. One drawback for me was after completing course and clicking" get certificate " it kept sending me back to beginning to complete again. I re did the questions and had same experience. Thought I had done something wrong. Had to contact echo for advice. They were very helpful and said to wait 20 mins for certificate to become available.”
