“All 5 of my delegates had log-in issues resulting in several phone calls to yourselves. Several experienced issues once questions completed, although all correct your system kept restarting the test and wouldnt issue a certificate. The training was very basic. We will not be using you again based on our experience.”

“***AVOID *** Paid £9 and took the online course as I needed a food hygiene certificate ASAP. Came to the end and took the test, passed but couldn’t access the certificate. Went back and it said I’d only done 50% of the course so I tried to go back but it only took me to the test which I took a further twice. Passed both times again but still couldn’t access the certificate. Looked on the site no telephone number so emailed them 2 weeks ago. No response whatsoever. Suspect they are a SCAM company. *** AVOID***”

“There's a glitch in the end of course test where for one question, it tells you you've got it wrong even if you hit the right answer, however it doesn't affect your score which records correctly.”

“Trouble getting colleagues to log on - link didn't work and they were deleted from my account so had to repurchase the course and register them again.”
