“I paid for the course but couldn't access it. Sorted by Echo3 quickly and efficiently once they became aware. Course useful and informative once accessed. It contains one mistake - under allergens they state 14 common allergens have been identified for food safety puroses but then go on to list only 13. What is the missing one?”
