“I feel that they need to urgently address the issue of no email confirmation of order or Invoice. The other issue is that I place a question online regarding not having a clear entry field to place the discount code provided. I was never contacted regarding this question and the submission of the question did not produce any confirmation that the question had been received. The delivery was quick and efficient but having to call to get clarity on discounts and get the associated discount funds back is poor for an online business. And even to this point I have not seen the invoice or the funds returned!!!!”

“had EBC brakes for eons. Hate the search facility on the site though type in a vehicle and then spend 20 minutes searching through the preferences to find the vehicle - As the search is not held under any convention I sometimes dont know if i am buying for the appropriate vehicle.”

“Well ordered them online to save me going out. What a joke ended up having to drive me to go pick up from post office. Trial joke of a service. EBC should get a proper courier that delivers to the house as agreed. I wont bother to order again I'll just go buy at shop locally.”

“Parts arrived quickly and at a good price. They fitted perfectly and have transformed my bikes braking. Only issue is that the kit I bought (BLM4107-3F) had the incorrect quantity and type of banjo bolts. It contained 4 single and one double banjo bolt, but the Kawasaki Z650C1-C3 models require 6 single banjo bolts, so I had to reuse 2 of my old bolts.”
