“Only received a part delivery and 3 working days after order and 2 after part delivery I still have no advice from either DPD or EBC on when I will receive the remaining item. My brakes are stripped down awaiting parts!!!!!”

“I ordered some rear brake discs which arrived very promptly. Only just today had them fitted as I needed front discs and pads all round. As part of this review then, I should add that I wanted some EBC drilled and grooved front discs. The website only appears to sell them as a package with racing pads, which I didn`t really want. Another website could get me the EBC drilled and grooved front discs, which took about a fortnight to get to me, not being a stock item at the 3rd party. These too have been fitted today and all is well so far. The chap who fitted the discs said they were really efficient. I felt it prudent to wait for fitting to ensure that I was indeed sent the correct parts for my car. All was well and I would use EBC again, but please make all the parts available as separates to save me time.”
