“ATTENTION SCAM: order paid on 23 March 2022, today 05 May 2022 nothing arrived. I have contacted the seller several times to get a refund and he refused.”

“Items in stock when ordered. Almost 3 weeks later still no delivery. Sent several emails only one response asking for order number which was clearly stated in emails. Never replied to follow up email. Would not recommend”

“ordered brakes and discs set said there was 6 in stock and when i rang them up they seemed to have none in stock but payment was still excepted”

“After placing my order I got a 'sorry your item will not be in stock for 4 weeks' even though the site said it was in stock. 3 months later I had to chase to find out where my order was. EBC did not return my call and I had to further chase at which point magically they said 'our delivery just turned up today'. Very poor customer service on this occasion.”

“Claim to get back to emails in 2hrs but after multi attempts at getting a response to an issue over many days, I've given up. There's no phone number that I can see and their emails tell you to reply to their mails as the only contact options Will look for another product next time.”

“Very easy to order online. The information was there for me to select the various brakes, Discs or both packages. The payment was easy. The only point is I asked that the order be sent out together on one delivery......no it has been sent in two....”

“the process was okay, I was able to pick the correct brakes for my car and order to my address. I was advised that the brakes would be delivered in 48-72 hours however that was not the case. My order is now expected to arrive a week after I've ordered and I've also been fined an import tax of €50. I would have ordered elsewhere if I knew.”
