“The shop was easy to navigate, and the product information and options were displayed well. I opted for a disc and Redstuff pad package for the front axle, which came in cheaper than buying the components separately. The items purchased arrived quickly and were well packaged. It was my first time buying EBC, and I am very pleased with the high quality of the brakes, which I fitted without any issues.”

“I ordered a set of discs and pads (£270) which the website said were in stock, paid, and then received an email saying that there are no discs. I called the sales team to be told that I could wait 2 weeks to have a set drilled and grooved. I declined and went elsewhere. After 3 days, I am still waiting for my refund.”
