“I was at the end of my tether running around for an exhibition, and totally forgot to sort out order for my cakes with another comoany that couldnt help due to late notice delivery would have been a day late. At the very last minute I googled something along the lines of: 'the best cupcake shops local' and there was eat my logo. Long story short; not only were they able to help me with a large order, they were able to hand deliver these cakes to my exhibition- which were in fact by far the best cupcakes I have ever tasted! Star Quality customer service! and Gorgeous cakes! Thanks Guys! From the Virgem Blud team!”

“The team at Eat My Logo are amazing! They try and meet all our requests, no matter how last minute and their customer service is second to none! This is the third time we've ordered cupcakes from them and all our students (and staff) love them! We really can't recommend them enough - thank you for your service!”

“The only issue I have had is with delivery. As we share our postcode with other buildings (even though I have asked to make the couriers aware!) the cakes were still delivered to the wrong place for the second time.”

Hi Lucy, I am glad you rated the products and service highly and we have passed your delivery comments onto our Courier company as the extra information was put into their system and was on the labels. They deliver hundreds of packages for us all over the UK every week and it is incredibly rare that this happens, though they did say that University campuses are one of the hardest places to deliver to.

“Unfortunately I am coeliac and cannot always eat the cakes/biscuits however, the rest of our staff can and they really do like them and I did get a couple of gluten free cakes once and they were delightful. Presentation - they are always perfect and look really good. Packaging - they are extremely well packaged and I have arranged 8 deliveries to various parts of the UK and have never had a spoiled cake or biscuit yet. Nothing is ever a bother for the staff and they never hurry you off the phone and do make you feel like a valued customer. Well done eat my logo.”
