Party of 21 people but the cake was 8inches wide pretty basic for the price

The customer service is outstanding. Can't fault that at all. The company is a pleasure to work with. However, I was disappointed with the product. I ordered shortbread biscuits with logo branding. The sugar disc is very hard and brittle - quite unpleasant to eat. The shortbread itself was OK.

I didn't feel the standard was as well presented as it has been previously. Clumsy cake decorations and a lack of attention to detail. My cakes weren't very fresh but I received them on the day expected.

We have contacted you privately about this, unfortunately you didn't have any images of the cupcakes as they arrived with yourself, attached are the cupcakes as they left our factory. We are sorry to hear your disappointment with these, and customer feedback is very important to us. The feedback we usually get is fantastic. Despite your disappointment, we hope your Halloween event was a great success.

Customer service and turnaround and presentation on the packaging great! However, the finish on the end product was sloppy - logo's not positioned centrally on the biscuits causing the it to hang, overlapping the biscuit.

The customer service at Eat My Logo was great, however the end product was a little disappointing. We ordered a branded cake. The logo on the cake was a little blurry, however Eat My Logo said the logo I provided was high enough resolution. The cake itself tasted nice, but was very dry. All in all an average cake, but a little disappointing.

the packaging was not good, it should have been sturdy, the designs on some cupcakes were damaged due to the poor packaging

Reliable service just the photo logos were not placed on the cup cakes very straight and some arrived rather squashed. The latter is probably an issue with the delivery but the former is really not acceptable.

Thank you Amy for your honest review. It is a shame you weren't happy with the cupcakes. Unfortunately we are always at the mercy of the couriers when it comes to the products arriving in the condition they left us. Quick turnaround and easy ordering process. Product tasted good but didn't look as good as I thought they would. Quite expensive for what they are really.

The cake designs were nice and delivered on time. Daniel was wonderful and really nice to work with. Unfortunately, the chocolate cakes were quite dry. If the cakes had been nicer the rating would have been excellent.

Hi Abigail, We are sorry you didn't enjoy the taste of the cakes. Our cakes are always baked freshly before dispatch and frosted the day of dispatch therefore are always as moist and as fresh as can be so we are sorry you thought the cakes were dry. Never the less we are very pleased you loved the designs and thank you for your honest feedback :)

I was very impressed with the quick service. However when the product arrived I was very disappointed as I was expecting it to be printed on white icing and what arrived looked more ivory!

It arrived well on time but the quality of the logo printed onto the cake was quite poor and it wasn't very pretty to look at. There were some indents in the icing which looked like a honeycomb pattern so this didn't look very good. The taste of the cake was great however!

Hi Caitlin, We are sorry to hear you weren't 100% happy with your cake. We print the logos the best we possibly can although printing onto icing is very different to printing onto paper therefore can look slightly different. In terms of the indents on the cake, we try our very best to package these as safely as possible and clearly marked as fragile so they don't move around in transit, despite this we cannot guarantee they won't get slightly damaged throughout this process although this is very rare. However we are glad you enjoyed the taste of the cake and thank you for your honest feedback!

First time user. I wanted white background on choice of three designs, but only one came back with a white background, so disappointed that the biscuits ordered do not have the desired effect, except for the one design. However, I will try again, now that I have seen the results with a better idea of what we need to do on the design side.

Thanks for the feedback Stella. As the images you uploaded did not have a clear white background on them, then the printers will pick that up and try to replicate it. In future I'd suggest making sure the image has a crisp white background and the image is bright and clear. The print guidelines on our website may help at www.eatmylogo.co.uk/print-guidelines. The cupcakes came on time, well packaged and stored appropriately. The print quality was a little poor and the logo was not centred on all the cakes. Taste was wonderful and delicious, order came correctly. I would not pay the same amount again for the quality of logo however. A more realistic costing would be 90p per cupcake as I expected the logo to be well presented as that is your USP as a company and was the only let down of the service. If you want people to pay the full amount more quality assurance measures need to be put in place for this aspect of the product. Sadly I would not order from you again or help promote your company unless I was assured of improvements.

Hi Sian, we are sorry the cakes were not totally to your satisfaction, however you do seem to be pleased overall with the products. Regarding your topper images, we could not centralise the image due to the green wavy line that comes out of the left of your logo. To centralise the whole image would have made it too small and they'd have had far less impact. Regarding the price, our products are all made from scratch using the best ingredients, which is why they tasted "wonderful and delicious" as you mentioned. To make a cake for £0.90 each would require a bland, industrial cake mix, synthetic frosting and rice paper toppers. There are companies that make cakes like that for a lower price than ours, but it is not comparing like for like.

Hello Kate, Thank you for your feedback. We have tried contacting you regarding the damage you mentioned however we have not heard back from you to rectify this with you directly. We send out thousands of cakes, flapjacks and biscuits to hundreds of locations each week and we pride ourselves on the success rate of them arriving in great condition. We monitor the damage rate and it is very small, in fact it i less that 0.7% of all orders since we started in 2014. We send everything via the same courier as they are the only provider to offer a fragile delivery service, for which we pay extra, however we can never rule out the possibility of products being damaged in transit. We are always at the mercy of delivery drivers mishandling the products and causing damage, and in the vast majority of cases where damage occurs that is the reason. Unfortunately we have no redress with the couriers as no courier guarantees that they will handle your product correctly. If you would like to discuss this order we would be more than happy to hear from you as we’d hate to lose you as a customer would welcome the opportunity of proving that what you received was not normal.
