“Everything was easy from the word go. Amy was extremely helpful and the whole ordering process was a piece of cake (pun intended!). The logos were spot on and they arrived on the expected day. The delivery driver wasn't quite as careful as we would have liked with the cupcakes but this issue was swiftly dealt with. Oh, and the cupcakes were delicious!”

“My colleagues have let me know that the biscuit itself was OK but the icing with our logo was way too thick and not very tasty. The communication however and the delivery etc have been very good.”

“The whole process from initial conversations, to delivery and then devouring was excellent. We ordered a number of cupcakes to be delivered across three locations for 5 events. All consignments were labelled clearly and arrived at the correct locations exactly as required. All our expecations were met. We received a number of compliments regarding the cakes at the event. We also ordered a number of the GF/vegan cakes and one of our attendees reported they were 'the best she had every tasted!'.”

“First the positives - really lovely biscuits and the printing of the logo on top was high quality. Very impressed. The customer service from the central admin team (Grace) was also outstanding. However I have had to knock a star off as delivery was an issue. Firstly delivery was 3 days late and in between the depot/courier were saying they had been delivered (when they hadn't), then they back-tracked. Basically nobody seem to know where the biscuts were of if and when they would be deliverd. When they were eventually delivered the box was a bit bashed up and a third of the biscuits had broken. So great product let down by choice of courier.”
