“Great service, quick understanding of the brief, flexible and helpful thinking. A most impressive and heavy Christmas cake, with accurate and detailed reproduction of artwork and a handsome red ribbon around, well packed to avoid damage and delivered early. Customer abroad much appreciated personal touch and the idea of English baking. So far no tasting notes . . .”

“I ordered a cake with a logo on it (with my painting, see attached photo) for a birthday almost at last minute on Friday to be delivered on Tuesday! Very kind and helpful staff, many thanks to Beth and Andrew! They helped me a lot with my choice and their professional advice, and kept in touch with me while I was proceeding my design. There was an issue with delivery and we received the cake next day. However, I believe it wasn't fault of the company but delivery company. Everyone liked the cake and design was printed as it was download via web site! I wish the cake was slightly less sweet because lemon cream and sugary cover are too sweet together. However, I cannot recommend more 'Eat my logo's service! It is amazing, both team work and products! I would welcome a chance to make an order again! Thank you very much!”

“It is a pity you cannot combine different flavours (icing and base). If the site allowed for you to choose your flavour base and your flavour icing that would be great. Otherwise the cupcakes were really tasty and a treat! The design was really clear and looked good! Customer service was tops.”

“Very good! The only thing I'd change is the plaque on the top - it moved around quite a bit. On the whole though, everyone loved the cake and it was a super fun way to celebrate our name change! Delivery was prompt (Maybe a text message service so that you know it has arrived? If I hadn't checked, it might have gotten warm in the mail room!), and the process was so simple I could have cried. Thanks very much!”

“This is the second time I've used your service, and it was as good as the first. Everything from the ordering, paying, delivery and the cupcakes themselves was excellent. “We ordered branded cupcakes for our event, the ordering was simple and we were very well looked after at all times. The cakes arrived in a timely manner for the event and we were very pleased with the result. Our customers commented on how lovely the cakes looked (and tasted). We'll definitely use Eat my Logo again and would recommend to our customers.”

“Despite experiencing some issues to begin with (late delivery and poor quality), and after filing a complaint, Eat My Logo responded with unexpected efficiency (within hours!). We were extremely impressed by them offering a full refund and will definitely be using them again.”
