Hello Kate, Thank you for your feedback. We have tried contacting you regarding the damage you mentioned however we have not heard back from you to rectify this with you directly. We send out thousands of cakes, flapjacks and biscuits to hundreds of locations each week and we pride ourselves on the success rate of them arriving in great condition. We monitor the damage rate and it is very small, in fact it i less that 0.7% of all orders since we started in 2014. We send everything via the same courier as they are the only provider to offer a fragile delivery service, for which we pay extra, however we can never rule out the possibility of products being damaged in transit. We are always at the mercy of delivery drivers mishandling the products and causing damage, and in the vast majority of cases where damage occurs that is the reason. Unfortunately we have no redress with the couriers as no courier guarantees that they will handle your product correctly. If you would like to discuss this order we would be more than happy to hear from you as we’d hate to lose you as a customer would welcome the opportunity of proving that what you received was not normal. “The Cupcakes were absolutely delicious and went down a treat with the IAM Roadsmart bikers. i would like to add that even despite a small problem with the order that the customer service was excellent and the issue was more than solved. Have already placed the next order.....Yummmmm”

“Cupcakes were delicious, I was able to have 4 different photos and 3 different types of cupcake flavour. Great choice and delicious. My only criticism is that they only had a small amount of icing on them. I was expecting them to have plenty on but it was just enough to make the photo stick.”

“FANTASTIC Service, I emailed Megan with my requirements on 1 day & it was delivered within 48 hrs Hope to send more bits through again very soon The Photo shows the cake we applied it to, as you will see sadly the Cake Decorator actually split damaged it in a couple of places but do you know it still looked Fab on the day! Thankyou Very Much Children's Christmas Wish List”

“At best, the cupcakes were disappointing. The actual cakes were dry and the topping was hardly existent, plus a lot of the cakes were squashed in transit as the top, plastic cover was loose and not fastened on. The icing disc with the company logo looked OK, but for nearly £100 I paid, I would expect the whole thing to be better.”
