Cupcakes was way to sweet, I requested for them to be individually wrapped and they was not, plus the logo was blurry

One word Palm Oil and there is a lot in your product? Would be good to know why the use of it? Carbon footprint and you are supplying to other big clients. Not too sure if they have read the ingredients? Great cakes well presented great customer service. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR INGREDIENTS I will defiantly use you again and recommend you if this happens for sure. Make the right change.

Hi Michael, thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear your thoughts on the use of Palm Oil. The very small amount of Palm Oil used in our cupcake ingredients is sustainable and RSPO Certified. We have up to date certification from our suppliers to show this and I can email this over to you. We do appreciate your honest feedback and we would love to work with you again so hopefully, we'll be able to do so.

Hi Margarita, I am really, really sorry that your order did not arrive in time, it is very, very rare that this happens as you can see from the hundreds of independent reviews on this site. We hate to let any customer down and in this situation both you and ourselves are the victims of the unprecedented and overwhelming demand that the delivery services are currently under due to the combination of Covid and Christmas. All delivery services are issuing warnings at the moment. You said our Customer Service was unhelpful and I am sorry you feel that way. Outside of our normal business hours we did chase this for you repeatedly also sent update emails. As the local delivery depot was overwhelmed and you needed them for Sunday we also gave you the option to pick them up from the depot as it was 10 minute drive from the delivery location. We do appreciate that you are disappointed that the biscuits did not arrive, we are disappointed too as it is very rare. A full refund has been made and we have also sent a voucher for the value of your order for use in the future as the service you have experienced is not the usual Eat My Logo one.

Was promised cakes to be delivered on Friday arrived Monday. To late to be of any used, promised a refund now they won’t reply to emails.

An awful finished product. The colours were bad, the icing was split. Wouldn't buy again I am afraid.

We are really sorry that the cake you ordered has arrived damaged, that is not what should have happen. We send out thousands of cakes, cupcakes and biscuits to hundreds of locations each week and we pride ourselves on the success rate of them arriving in great condition. We monitor the damage rate and it is very small, in fact it is less than 0.7% of all orders since we started in 2014. We send everything via the same courier (APC) as they are the only provider to offer a Fragile delivery service, for which we pay extra, however we can never rule out the possibility of products being damaged in transit. We are always at the mercy of delivery drivers mishandling the products and causing damage, and in the vast majority of cases where damage occurs that is the reason. Unfortunately we have no redress with the couriers as no courier guarantees that they will handle your product correctly. It is incredibly rare that this is the case, as you can see from previous reviews. We have been trying to contact you in order to resolve this issue and would be grateful if you could get in touch either via email or telephone - 01772 472 580.

At best, the cupcakes were disappointing. The actual cakes were dry and the topping was hardly existent, plus a lot of the cakes were squashed in transit as the top, plastic cover was loose and not fastened on. The icing disc with the company logo looked OK, but for nearly £100 I paid, I would expect the whole thing to be better.
