“Very good, friendly account managers who followed up with reminders and were helpful. Everything was very except for the actual payment and order confirmation part, which was a little bumpy.”

“Great looking and tasting cakes, packaged securely and delivered in plenty of time for our event. We had a last-minute change the day of the dispatch and Eat My Logo were incredibly helpful in facilitating a last minute increase in order size. Thanks so much!”

“Brilliant service with all needs met, highly recommend Eat My Logo. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was due to the icing being too thick on the cake, otherwise absolutely amazing customer service and delicious cake.”

“Pleased with the service received, although disappointed that the biscuit printed icing was quite thin and "snapped" as I was expecting a slightly thicker fondant type finish. Delivery on the day expected and products looked good.”

Thank you Cara for your review and your feedback. The topping used is fondant icing, although as this drys over time, the icing sets and becomes tougher. Making it more robust for shipping. I am glad the biscuits went down well at your celebrations and we hope to work with you again soon.

“Unfortunately the cake arrived damaged, I spoke to Jasmine who quickly arranged for a replacement logo to be sent out along with cupcakes all arrived in time for our event. Fantastic customer services. thank you”

“First class service! From initial contact to delivery was efficient and constant communication. We have used Eat My Logo quite a few times now and every time it has been a very smooth transaction. The branded biscuits are delicious and enjoyed by staff and Clients. Thank you!”

“Really pleased with the cupcakes we had from Eat My Logo. The cakes looked great, with our logo reproduced perfectly and they tasted good too! Delivery was exactly on time. Customer service from Jasmine was amazing - she answered all my random questions in a friendly way and got everything sorted for us quickly and efficiently. Excellent!”
