“From my initial enquiry the service was brilliant! Jasmine was quick to respond and get things rolling and there were no issues with us having a quick turn around for the edible products shipped out to us, and they were branded! The product looks great but we are yet to taste them, but I am sure they will as good as the service we have received. Thank you Jasmine for your help in getting order sorted so quickly. I will definitely use Eat My Logo again! :)”

“Absolutely brilliant service. I dealt with Jasmine and Kristina who were both very helpful with our company order as quite short notice too! The cupcakes were delicious and enjoyed by all and the logo print was perfect! Arrived in time and in perfect condition. Thank you! Highly recommend.”

“I needed to order some branded biscuits for an event we were holding at the last minute and Eat My Logo was a saviour! the website was easy to use and clear. The biscuits were delivered on time, there was a couple that was broken but that is to be expected, so I recommend ordering more than you require as they will I'm sure be eaten! I will definitely use Eat My Logo again and thoroughly recommend them!”

“Great quality product, and efficient service - we've just received and sampled our individual Christmas cakes with logo, and they look and taste great! My only complaint was with the courier who delivered ours, who left them in the porch of our shared office building, where anyone could have taken them . Fortunately, we were around to pick them up quickly!”

“One word Palm Oil and there is a lot in your product? Would be good to know why the use of it? Carbon footprint and you are supplying to other big clients. Not too sure if they have read the ingredients? Great cakes well presented great customer service. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR INGREDIENTS I will defiantly use you again and recommend you if this happens for sure. Make the right change.”

Hi Michael, thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear your thoughts on the use of Palm Oil. The very small amount of Palm Oil used in our cupcake ingredients is sustainable and RSPO Certified. We have up to date certification from our suppliers to show this and I can email this over to you. We do appreciate your honest feedback and we would love to work with you again so hopefully, we'll be able to do so.
