“Pleased with the service received, although disappointed that the biscuit printed icing was quite thin and "snapped" as I was expecting a slightly thicker fondant type finish. Delivery on the day expected and products looked good.”

Thank you Cara for your review and your feedback. The topping used is fondant icing, although as this drys over time, the icing sets and becomes tougher. Making it more robust for shipping. I am glad the biscuits went down well at your celebrations and we hope to work with you again soon.

“Unfortunately the cake arrived damaged, I spoke to Jasmine who quickly arranged for a replacement logo to be sent out along with cupcakes all arrived in time for our event. Fantastic customer services. thank you”

“This was a simple and quick process and we are happy with the cupcakes delivered to us. The team was very helpful in completing our order and our requirements. The cupcakes arrived in trays of 15 and we would have loved for there to be an option of smaller trays- maybe 5 or 6- to help with dividing them to our colleagues but this is the only thing I would change.”

“Wrapped cupcake taste good, however the branding got blurry/faded after a couple of days and it should have had a shelf life of 3 days”

“Cakes tasted delicious - we got rave reviews about them all day. The packaging didn't look particularly attractive in it's plastic and the vegan cupcakes were smaller than their holders so they were a bit wonky but all in all : Went out on time and tasted delicious!”

Thank you Charlotte for your review. We appreciate your feedback. We are currently revising our packaging to get rid of plastic altogether. We are transitioning into this so for all future orders, the cupcakes will be packaged with zero plastic. We hope to work with you again soon.

Many thanks for the positive review and we are sorry that the flavour was not to your taste. We are always looking for ways to improve our products and have launched a Vegan and Gluten Free version of the brownie now that are both very chocolatey.

“I ordered some little thank you gifts for the team still working over furlough period. It was really quick and easy to place my order. The sales rep was very friendly and efficient and the items were delicious and delivered quickly. Would definitely recommend and buy again from Eat my logo !!”

“the complete service along witht he allergen advice and the sustainability use of the storage.The sponge was atad bit overcooked so outcome a dry texture other than that I would use you guys again. Thank you”

“The image looked good and the packaging was good. Delivery was on time and it was really easy to book everything in. However, having tasted the biscuit - it tasted nore cake like and was soft rather than hard - is that always the case? It was a rectangular biscuit shape,”

“Ordering was simple and communication excellent. Product was of a high quality and logo looked very good. Only criticism is that although the cakes were well packaged some of the top ones had been crushed in transit - it looked as though something had been stored on top of them in the van.”

“The delivery was late for a couple of our orders but the response from Eat My Logo after I complained was fantastic... they were really quick to respond and offered me a refund and a voucher once they'd spoken to the courier and realised my complaint was valid.”
