“The cake and cupcakes were excellent but the customer service can be improved. Lots of different people are managing the email box and they don't really read through the previous communication. I already placed and received the order when someone asked me if I want to place the order.”

Hi Iva, Thanks for your honest review. We have a small dedicated sales team to deal with all enquiries, we try our best to be quick and accurate with our responses and apologise if there was a small miscommunication on our part. “The cakes were tasty and the print quality was good. Only criticism was that we found a hair in one of the cakes.”

Thank you for your review and we are please you enjoyed the cupcakes. We are incredibly sorry about the hair in the cupcake, this is the first time this has ever happened in any of our products. We have very stringent controls and procedures to prevent anything getting into our products, unfortunately on this occasion something got through. We are pleased to her this did not reduce the enjoyment of the cupcakes.

“Brilliant work! Our design came out just as we had hoped, colours worked well and the artwork was clear. The quality of the actual icing was brilliant too, soft and sweet! Delivery was excellent, on time and well package to avoid damage. Only bad point which meant I didn't give 5 stars was the amount of plastic used for the packaging. It does need to be protected, as I said, but there are many other packaging materials you could use that are biodegradable, even plant-based plastic that would fair just as well. Otherwise, all great!”

Thank you for your lovely feedback, we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the cake. We do try our best to be environmentally friendly with our packaging... Our bespoke plastic packaging is all made from 90% recycled bottles and are 100% recyclable :-D

“Service good, lovely cake, quality of logo printing good and delivery service good. Only issue was the logo had slipped on some of the cakes, making them look untidy.”

“Cupcakes were delicious, I was able to have 4 different photos and 3 different types of cupcake flavour. Great choice and delicious. My only criticism is that they only had a small amount of icing on them. I was expecting them to have plenty on but it was just enough to make the photo stick.”

“The turn around and service was very quick and well delivered/presented. I spoke with a team member who was very good at helping me with my order so couldn't fault that. We probably won't be purchasing again because at £2+ per cupcake whilst there is a novelty factor having your logo our budget wouldn't stretch to many more purchases! Thanks again, the lemon filling was top and logos looked excellent.”

“Cake was delivered on time. People were happy with the flavor of the cake. The fondant wasn't as smooth as I had hoped. Overall, a good purchase.”

“The only issue I have had is with delivery. As we share our postcode with other buildings (even though I have asked to make the couriers aware!) the cakes were still delivered to the wrong place for the second time.”

Hi Lucy, I am glad you rated the products and service highly and we have passed your delivery comments onto our Courier company as the extra information was put into their system and was on the labels. They deliver hundreds of packages for us all over the UK every week and it is incredibly rare that this happens, though they did say that University campuses are one of the hardest places to deliver to.
