“Ruth and her team were fantastic, from the first point of contact to the finished product (50 cupcakes with my business' logo on). A very welcoming company, friendly, smiley! I wasn't expecting to walk in their little factory for the first time and be given 6 sample cupcakes...which may I say, went down a treat! We will be using Eat my logo again/Cakes by Ruth! Thank you!!!”

“I work for a company that has been reinventing our brand and I wished to send edible logos to our staff to celebrate. I choose the cupcakes and biscuits and distributed to Czech Republic and also in London. Was a huge help!”

“The cupcakes came on time, well packaged and stored appropriately. The print quality was a little poor and the logo was not centred on all the cakes. Taste was wonderful and delicious, order came correctly. I would not pay the same amount again for the quality of logo however. A more realistic costing would be 90p per cupcake as I expected the logo to be well presented as that is your USP as a company and was the only let down of the service. If you want people to pay the full amount more quality assurance measures need to be put in place for this aspect of the product. Sadly I would not order from you again or help promote your company unless I was assured of improvements.”

Hi Sian, we are sorry the cakes were not totally to your satisfaction, however you do seem to be pleased overall with the products. Regarding your topper images, we could not centralise the image due to the green wavy line that comes out of the left of your logo. To centralise the whole image would have made it too small and they'd have had far less impact. Regarding the price, our products are all made from scratch using the best ingredients, which is why they tasted "wonderful and delicious" as you mentioned. To make a cake for £0.90 each would require a bland, industrial cake mix, synthetic frosting and rice paper toppers. There are companies that make cakes like that for a lower price than ours, but it is not comparing like for like.

“This is the second order I've had from EML, and this time I used their bespoke service for some special ginger flame-shaped biscuits for a fire safety event. Everyone loved them! The ginger flavour was subtle - perfect for those who weren't so keen on ginger biscuits. I had a number of comments from the non-ginger lovers to say they really liked these! I'd definitely use you again for future events.”
