“One word Palm Oil and there is a lot in your product? Would be good to know why the use of it? Carbon footprint and you are supplying to other big clients. Not too sure if they have read the ingredients? Great cakes well presented great customer service. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR INGREDIENTS I will defiantly use you again and recommend you if this happens for sure. Make the right change.”

Hi Michael, thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear your thoughts on the use of Palm Oil. The very small amount of Palm Oil used in our cupcake ingredients is sustainable and RSPO Certified. We have up to date certification from our suppliers to show this and I can email this over to you. We do appreciate your honest feedback and we would love to work with you again so hopefully, we'll be able to do so.

“This was a simple and quick process and we are happy with the cupcakes delivered to us. The team was very helpful in completing our order and our requirements. The cupcakes arrived in trays of 15 and we would have loved for there to be an option of smaller trays- maybe 5 or 6- to help with dividing them to our colleagues but this is the only thing I would change.”

“EatMyLogo were fantastic from start to finish. I had been let down by a previous company and EatMyLogo really came through with only 4 days notice to source me 120 branded iced cup cakes. I will defo use EatMyLogo going forward.”

“I didn't feel the standard was as well presented as it has been previously. Clumsy cake decorations and a lack of attention to detail. My cakes weren't very fresh but I received them on the day expected.”

We have contacted you privately about this, unfortunately you didn't have any images of the cupcakes as they arrived with yourself, attached are the cupcakes as they left our factory. We are sorry to hear your disappointment with these, and customer feedback is very important to us. The feedback we usually get is fantastic. “Would highly recommend Eat My Logo who went over and above to locate an order which had been handed over to a local delivery company and not arrived for an event we were sponsoring. They worked on a Saturday to locate the missing 1,500 branded flapjacks and arranged for delivery. Brilliant service.”

“Delivered a day late rendering their purchase completely pointless, in a ruined box saturated through with water. Tasted ok but the extra day didn't help the dryness I would imagine. Have not responded to either phone call or email to discuss reimbursement / compensation. Would absolutely not recommend.”

Hi Alistair, thank you for your review and honest feedback. We apologise for the inconvenience caused to you with regards to your damaged cupcakes and late delivery. This isn’t our usual level of service at all. We send thousands of cupcakes out each week and it is very rare we get any damages. Despite us marking the boxes clearly with Fragile and ‘This way up’ stamps, we are always at the mercy of the couriers to handle this safely and unfortunately we have all been let down this time. We have contacted you privately in regards to compensation, thank you.

“I had to leave a review for the fantastic company branded cupcakes we received for our 20th Anniversary celebration. Not only did they look incredible they tasted even better!
