The initial frame was a custom size which was delivered on time. However this was damaged with scratch marks on the front of the frame. A new frame was requested and issued quickly, faster than the original was delivered. My concern with the company is the quality of the end product, external corners of the frame are all chipped, even on the replacement, the custom Perspex was rough cut edges. I do accept the Perspex edges are not visible however I do expect a professional, quality product which sadly was not the case. It is a good website, let down by the output
