Poor quality, terrible customer service: I never leave feedback but on this occasion felt it was important. The quality of the frame is disappointing. The edges of the perspex cover and the backing are all very rough. For the price I would expect a better quality finish. The other reason for giving two stars is the poor customer service. Don't expect to get through on the phone as you are redirected back to the website - I tried several times. Replies to queries, when they finally bother to answer are vague, unhelpful and full of excuses. I definitely won't be using this company again.
