“The mount was cut to the wrong size so it didn't overlap the picture, which fell through the mount. Contacted sales manager who was off-hand to the point of rudeness and told me she would tell me the cost of a new mount if I sent her the measurements again. When I pointed out it was their mistake my message was ignored. Will have to take to a proper framing shop to get a new mount. Dreadful!”
