“Ordered a made to measure frame for a newspaper article and allowed a 3 mm overlap, frame delivered had a 6 mm so text lost. Used the online tool but no overlap stated anywhere on website. Advised by an unhelpful & rude Hannah that I should have contacted them - why have an 'easy' online ordering tool then? According to her, overlap varies according to frame chosen but this is not clear when ordering or stated anywhere on the confirmation. Sad customer service and there was no need to treat me like I was stupid or cut off the online chat, I was polite and was seeking advice. Loads of other companies value customers - please avoid Easy Frame Northern Ireland.”
