“This was the absolute WORST customer service I have ever received from any company. The frames I ordered arrived completely the wrong size from what I had asked for, and the company despite being sent evidence completely refused to give me a refund or remake the frames correctly. I am simply appalled. Even in their conversations with me they were rude and refused to answer my questions, and one of their customer service team replied briefly to my question and then hung up on me! Do not order from this company, there are many better ones out there.”
