I ordered on line, late Monday afternoon, and due to there being a problem at my end making my payment, I rang EasyFoam and spoke to Debbie L. After she confirmed that no payment had been made and the ordered had not been completed, I made a telephone payment, but only after Debbie noticed I had not changed the default density setting for one cushion to my preferred option.
