“Handed the car in on the Saturday morning, by around 11.30 the deposit had already been released into my bank.
one bad point was I didn't think the Kia Venga was the correct substitute for a ford focus, it was a bit smaller and boxier.
but saying that the Venga did drive nice, light steering and I got to Weymouth and back on just over half a tank of diesel, but would have liked the focus or the Cee'd.”
“I would have given 5 stars but there was a large queue at the car hire desk and I had to wait a while to be served and a while longer for the car to arrive. The staff worked hard but there were only 2 of them and they were taking down details, giving out keys and escorting you to your car. An improvement would be if the desk staff stayed at their desk and other staff escorted customers to their cars. I did receive free fuel for my inconvenience so that softened the blow. So the staff were great and the price was great and I would use them again.”

“My only criticism would be regarding the amount of space in the cabin. There was no way you could get two suitcases in the car with the seven seats in use.”
“My only issue was on arrival back at home I was contacted by my credit company who had picked two large unauthorised transactions on the credit card I had used on day I pickup the car by the hire car branch of Avis.”
“Easy to use site which had straight-forward options for picking the fuel policy you wanted, and for the collection site you wanted (in airport rather than shuttle bus).”
“Was very confused about the excess insurance purchased. We thought that this was the actual car hire companies insurance and we were unhappy that we needed to let them hold £1200 on our credit card and due to this we weren't able to use or cards as this had taken us to our credit card limit. Very annoyed and disappointed with the misleading information.”
“Easy to book and a good price. My only problem was that I was given a 3 door car rather than 5 door by Easirent at Stanstead (I had specifically booked a 5 door car due to aged parents). They did offer me another car, but it looked like a lower group and therefore quite a bit smaller and inferior in quality even though they said it was the same.”
“It was good apart from we booked a car that should have been on airport. Unfortunately we had to get a curtasy bus and they wanted 40 euros on our return each because we were before 8am. None of this Info was mentioned when we booked. We would not gave booked had we known .”
“It would be much quicker at collection if all data such as passport numbers and driving license codes could be submitted to the company before travel, I always have to wait so long to get my car all I want to do is get out of the airport and start my holiday!”
“Car was good value and easy to pick up from Toulouse Airport - no queue! Car was new, although rather underpowered for the hilly driving I had to do (not the rental firm's fault).
No problems at all with the car. Would use again.”
