“Pick up took 1.5 hours. Additional charges were taken from my credit card.”

“Didn't get the car. I booked and paid online with a debt card but when i printed the paperwork i learnt you must have a credit card to pick up the car.i don't have one! No credit card no car. £200 down the drain !!”
