They were not all indicated on the sheet, but by the time we went back to the office (only a few minutes) they had shut up shop, so this was an area of worry for the rest of our holiday. As it turned out everything was ok. Yes, I would use them again, but politely ask them to come with me to the car on collection.”
“Made the booking on net to pick car up at Edinburgh Airport. That was easy enough and much cheaper than other companies.
Booking receipt said "booking with Ecarz.co.uk in assocation with Auto Europe." The voucher did mention the rental company as "Interrent", but this company was not easily visible at the car rental area. It took me some time to locate a small sign that pointed towards the Interrent office which was a just outside and around the corner. Other than poor visibility of the company, I only have good experience to recount. I received very good service at the counter, the attendant was courteous and very helpful regarding my queries. The car was in very good condition, clean and fresh smelling.
The return was painless, there was someone to attend to me immediately on arrival, and I was freed in less than 5 minutes of having parked the car.
All in all, a very good experience and I would definitely use them again”

“Rather lengthy wait to register and collect keys. At pick-up, the front gaiter/trim was hanging down. On reporting to the pick-up office, the girl replaced it - poorly - and it came loose with in a few miles. Apart from that, the car behaved beautifully, proved very economIcal giving a stress free fort night. Thank you”
“Very convenient next to the airport .The car was just what we needed and was comfortable.
Unlike our previous experience with Athol the young lady seemed indifferent . She did not explain the petrol ( we knew because previously a lovely man had explained to bring it back near to empty ) she did not read our paperwork and tried to sell us an insurance we already had . She was not unpleasant - just neutral.
In addition we found the car had no parking disc and we had to go to the Sea Terminal so we could park.”
