Thank you very much Jane. Most of the packaging we use is either cardboard or paper but we know there are areas we could improve and we will work on this. We do really appreciate the feedback.

“I don’t usually write reviews as I can’t be bothered. However, I was very impressed this little this badge making machine. It’s pretty solid and doesn’t take up loads of room. The badges come out really well and not one has misfired so far. I would suggest watching the YouTube guide as that was really useful, as someone that doesn’t like reading instructions. 10/10.”
