“E badges provide good quality, great value products and the badge making tool appears to be very durable. I have had problems with their DPD deliveries. Waited for a delivery only to receive a card saying sorry you weren’t in, the having to pick up the delivery from a store some distance away. The only other gripe is with quantities. I always seem to run out of the mylar discs before the other components. I suppose they are difficult to count.”

“LOVE eBadges - super fast delivery. I just wish there was a cheaper courier/delivery option. £9 is a bit steep. But the service is great.”

“I am overall happy with my purchase. I am just having trouble replacing a blade from a disc cutter, the replacement piece I bought doesn't fit the cutter so I will email the company about this.”

As per our emails; the cutter blade style changed several years ago when we redesigned and improved the blades. We held old-style spare blades for some time afterwards but unfortunately, they have now all gone. As discussed we are happy to refund on return and sorry we couldn't help more on this occasion.

“Sadly when I opened the the package of magnets a lot of the magnets were not attached to the backs ..glue on them has broken down , also disappointed that they don’t work in my machine.. I have a vector (green) and I assumed all machines were compatible… they aren’t with mine , I feel like I have wasted my money and will have to stick the magnets back on before passing on to a fellow crafter …”

Hello Karen. We are sorry to hear that some of your magnets had fallen off the backs on arrival, we would not expect that to happen and if they were right for you we would arrange to exchange them. Regarding them not working in your machine; unfortunately, as a general rule, there is not much crossover between different manufacturers' machines and components. We state on all our component pages that they are compatible with our badge makers and we are always more than happy to send out a sample for people to check before placing an order. If you contact us via email at info@e-badges.net we can send you a returns form and if you want to return the magnets we will arrange a refund.

“If the delivery prices were less egregious (and if they always sent the amount of mylar paid for) I'd rate higher - the product quality is great and consistent, and the customer service is very good. I really want to give them 5 stars, but E-Badges need to find a way to make their no rush Royal Mail deliveries cheaper than a next-day courier. It makes me put off buying their products.”

Thank you for your review and we really do appreciate the feedback and your kind comments regarding our great product quality and customer service. Regarding shipping costs, our policy is to not absorb shipping costs into the product prices which is often the case with other companies so we can keep our product prices as low and economical as possible. We then calculate shipping by total weight of an order taking into account a small admin/packaging cost and have various price bands. Due to the nature of our products they do tend to be heavy compared to their size. The DPD rate we offer is their basic next working day tracked service which isn't a premium rate. For orders weighing up to 1 kilo we also offer Royal Mail first class which is cheaper than DPD and for up to 5 kilos also offer Royal Mail option for people who may prefer this delivery method but the cost for both methods at that weight works out the same. Regarding the mylar – is this something you have let us know about previously? We rely on a professional third party cutting company to cut and bag for us and if there is a problem we need to speak to them to resolve it. Please could you get in touch with us either by email or phone to discuss this further so we can make sure you are happy with the resolution as we don't ever want our customers to feel under-supplied. “Very nice and sturdy badge machine. I purchased 25mm D-pins and the only thing I would make better are the inside rims of the badge. I'd like something stronger like in the vintage badges. Otherwise absolutely great value for the price!”

“Good products. The components were great, as always. The mounting board for the badge machine makes a big difference. The only downside was that the postage was on the pricey side considering the weight and size of the items in the (rather large) box.”
