“I had excellet service from the Dunmow Group. The driver followed instructions for the drop of to the letter and was very friendly when he arrived. It was the same when the skip was collected, the driver was quick, efficient and very friendly”

“Dunmow group Have been transparent and brilliant from the start. All other skip companies local to me do not show their prices and you have to ring to get a quote.! I find this very annoying. Dunmow group have the cost next to the skip, you can even book online. they ring you, they email you and everything is done on time politely and carefully. Even picking up the skip four days early ..they were with me within two hours to pick it up. Even the receptionist Gina is very pleasant to speak to. An excellent company and we will always come to you for our skips.”

“First time I have booked a skip and the whole process was quick and easy. The hardest part was paying lol. The website was user friendly and very helpful when I didn't have a clue what size skip to get. Delivery was fine, and i got a call on the day from driver letting me know what time he would arrive. Lovely friendly driver. Again on day of collection driver called to let me know he was on way. Would highly recommend and i will definitely be using them again.”

“Great service, phoned office several times and were always polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Skip was as described and delivered and collected on time. My only feedback would be please look at how many emails you send, I must have over 12 emails they are automatically generated and say the same thing on repeat. I got fed up and deleted them all. It hasn’t put me off I would use Dunmow Group again. thank you”
