“Skip was due to be delivered 2 days ago on Saturday, I sat around all day waiting, nobody came nobody phoned me or messaged to say any issues and when I called around 5pm the office has all gone home and left them a voicemail asking what the deal is, has wasted and ruined my whole bank holiday weekend and now have alot of work to do to fill a skip in time I now don't have, thanks Dunmow skips, funny enough then you send me this email to review your service, how about if your not going to turn up you have the decency to let me know, not been sure whether you were gona drop it Sunday or whether you were even gona come today on the Monday but I'm back to work tomorrow so just dump the skip on the drive and bugger off, when I'm done filling it il let you know”
